APPROACH
Precision starts long before I open an authoring tool.
Every project begins with a simple question: What are we trying to achieve? From there, every design decision is intentional. I define how success will be measured, understand the learner, gather expert knowledge and evidence, then carefully design learning experiences where every interaction, assessment and activity has a clear purpose.

Designed interactive learning experiences using SME content to increase engagement in online courses through purposeful animations, knowledge checks, scenarios and learner interactions. Used learner engagement data to evaluate and refine course effectiveness.

Designed curriculum-aligned assessment that measured understanding rather than recall, using learning science, progression modelling and misconception analysis to support meaningful formative assessment at scale.

Worked with with subject matter expert content to transform technical Leadership & Management content into an engaging Rise course, designing scenarios, interactions and knowledge checks that supported active learning and workplace application.
ABOUT ME
I'm a Learning Designer with a background in teaching, assessment design and instructional design across schools, higher education and professional learning.
Teaching gave me a deep understanding of how people learn. Since then, I've applied those same principles to designing evidence-informed digital learning that is clear, purposeful and centred on the learner.
I've partnered with subject matter experts to transform complex information into carefully designed learning experiences that help learners understand, apply and retain knowledge using Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canvas and other digital learning platforms.
Whether I'm designing assessments, shaping SME expertise into digital learning or building a course from the ground up, my focus remains the same:
